A graduate of St. Joseph University, Philadelphia, Pa. with a BA in English, Ms. Scioli worked as a legislative assistant on Capitol Hill, received her Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. For the past thirty-three years she has owned Zan Media, a film and video production company in the Bay Area. She has written and produced a wide gamut of creative projects including educational, training, promotional and marketing videos, hundreds of television commercials, and numerous documentaries and films.
Christine co-wrote and produced the theatrical thriller The Beckoning, based on Sir Francis Drake’s landing, shot on historic locations in Marin and Sonoma counties. In addition, she produced the documentary, A State of Vine, examining the contemporary California wine industry, and A Passion for the Vine, featuring an extraordinary selection of vintners.
She is a contributing writer for Kalon Magazine, More Magazine, Marin Home Magazine, Novato Patch and other Patch hubs throughout Northern CA including Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley. Her stories have also been featured in the Traveler Blog, North Bay Business Journal, and Authentic Life Institute, among others.
